Record a promise with its date and amount. If it is rescheduled or broken, Flowise keeps the original date and flags it.

Do I have to change accounting software?
No. Flowise works from your aging report exported to Excel or CSV. Your accounting software stays in place.
How much does Flowise cost?
CA$49 per user, per month, before taxes. It drops for teams: CA$44 for 3–5 users, CA$39 for 6–10, and custom pricing from 11 up. Every feature is included.
How does the free trial work?
You use Flowise at no charge for 14 days. At the end of the trial, you choose to subscribe to continue.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You subscribe yourself online; the subscription is monthly, with no commitment, and you can cancel anytime.
Who sees my data?
You do. Each account has access only to its own customers and invoices.
Can I add my team?
Yes. Invite your colleagues from the portal; each gets their own login. Billing follows the number of active users.
Can you do the follow-ups for us?
Yes, as an option: our follow-up service. You request it in the portal, fill in your details and sign the agreement online; nothing is billed until you sign, and the monthly fee — based on the number of accounts — is shown before you sign. Do my customers pay you?
No. Your customers always pay you directly, never Flowise; we only do the follow-ups on your behalf.
How does the referral program work?
Refer another company with your link. After their 2nd paid month, you get one free month, worth the lower of the two monthly subscriptions — up to 12 free months per year. Your codes and links are in the portal, under “Referrals”.
